i765 and i539 are for H4EAD and H4

Until these offices are closed due to the COVID 19 USCIS will resuse the old fingerprints or forego for the time being and possibly schedule if required once they all open again is what USCIS website says

yes separate receipt numbers. 

Not sure about fingerprints yet, applied 2 months back. h1 approved, h4 and ead still pending

Yes separate receipts for both and no they are not going to use existing finger prints for H4 people. USCIS said they will use for certain extensions but not H4 unfortunately.
