Strict lockdown worked in Italy, Spain, Germany etc almost everywhere 

Even in India, check the cases before liquor open, easing etc and after liquor open

US could have avoided the number of cases from 16 lakhs to 2-3 lakhs .. but was just lazy... where is the hard work ?
