It's sad as fcuk. But then again career is overrated. 

Men who are careerists are equally sad. May be women can radicalize their work environments to be kinder to them. It's already happening.

Capitalism favors the hard working class irrespective of gender. Are you saying that women don't work hard or are not smart enough?
