న్యాయమూర్తులపై వివాదస్పద వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసిన వైసీపీ నేతలకు హైకోర్టు షాక్

న్యాయమూర్తులపై వివాదస్పద వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసిన వైసీపీ నేతలకు హైకోర్టు షాక్ ఇచ్చింది. జడ్జిలను కించపరుస్తూ సోషల్‌ మీడియాలో పోస్టులపై న్యాయవాది పిల్‌ దాఖలు చేశారు. సోషల్‌ మీడియాలోనూ, మీడియాలోనూ కోర్టు తీర్పులపై వివాదాస్పద వ్యాఖ్యల్ని క్షుణ్ణంగా పరిశీలించిన న్యాయస్థానం వారందరికీ నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది. మొత్తం 49 మందికి నోటీసులు జారీ చేస్తూ ఆదేశించింది. బాపట్ల ఎంపీ నందిగం సురేష్‌‌తో పాటు చీరాల మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే ఆమంచికి నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది. తదుపరి విచారణను 3 వారాలకు వాయిదా వేసింది. 

 

కాగా ఏపీ హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలతో దేశవ్యాప్తంగా సంచలనం రేగింది. జడ్జిలను కించపరుస్తూ వ్యక్తిగతంగా టార్గెట్‌ చేసే ధోరణిని కోర్టులు తీవ్రంగా పరిగణించాల్సిందేనని న్యాయనిపుణులు అంటున్నారు. న్యాయవ్యవస్థ స్వయం ప్రతిపత్తికి, రాజ్యాంగ స్పూర్తికి విఘాతం కలిగించే పెడ ధోరణిని ఉపేక్షించరాదని చెబుతున్నారు.

In telangana, they sentenced the karimnagar Police Commissioner to 6 months imprisonment because he raided a resort after the court said not to do it. It was 50 cop + raid with dozens of home guards, constables, multiple SIs and ACPs but the court went straight for the top cop

During those days - Food courts were busy... next hearing date ivvadanike 2-3 months time pattedhi

i think u also remember how many months loja or other jaffas fought for vanajakshi, ritheshwari or pushkaralu incidents.... 

But now Covid ani khaaliga vunnaru— So immediate decisions vasthunnayi- ala case veyyagane next week CB! inquiry.... Be it mathu doctor or jaffas lockdown break case

This I agree ,now there is ample free time for courts
