I am trying to reschedule my exam the site went down. one of my frnd successfully completed the test.

UNABLE TO MANAGE APPOINTMENTS

At this time, managing exam appointments through the AWS Certification portal is unavailable. We are working with our vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you are unable to launch an online proctored appointment due to the outage, AWS will work with Pearson VUE to have your appointment canceled/refunded.

this is my experience...but after i talk to them..they did review (entire video footage) and reconsidered my exam...i got the certification.
