got same NOID and denied last April. Came to back to India.

Just check your application filled in Regular Quota or Master's Quota.

70% of indians did masters just to find a way to get into america...doesn't matter which university you did...if USCIS implemented same rule all the time many of stratford people would have had better chance.

When was the last year general was still open with out lottery ? Not in last 10 years.

in 2012 it was open until June/July I think. Masters was open until May/June.

by the way nenu stratford a.. nadi Nebraska poindi extension 2 Months back approved..lucky anthe..

few friends got rejected and since they are left with I94  expiry time.. withdraw chesukoni... refile chesaru..1 person ki approved..and few vellipoyaru india

Nenu vachina kothallo..one senior guy told me to go to stratford univeristy..cheap and best..you no need to program and work hard for grades ani..
