Austin or Tampa. Austin good weather and decent indian community. Good prices for houses (prices are getting crazier day by day) and good schools also.

Tampa if you like beaches and palm trees - only issue is weather sometimes.

Atlanta is the best. Close to florida beaches.. good tech jobs. Good desi crowd. Not too hot not too cold. Cost of living is very good compared to east coast or west coast..

climate moderate unde places only CA and some parts of TX lo unnai(but TX gets too hot in summer)

but CA ite high taxes and what you get is good weather
