That's why they need to do a medical report.

An autopsy commissioned for George Floyd’s family found that he died of asphyxiation due to neck and back compression when a Minneapolis police officer held his knee on Floyd’s neck for several minutes and ignored his cries of distress, the family’s attorneys said Monday.

The family's autopsy differs from the official autopsy as described in a criminal complaint against the officer. That autopsy included the effects of being restrained, along with underlying health issues and potential intoxicants in Floyd's system, but also said it found nothing "to support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."

It's not the smallest of the mistakes. Making or using counterfeit money is a felony offense, taken very seriously and punishable for up to $15,000 or 15 years in prison or more.

The reason penalties can be so severe is creation and distribution of counterfeit money can have detrimental impact on the whole society. It can devalue real money, increase prices due to inflation or increase prices of commodities. These are all consequences that can trickle down to every American and even people abroad. Using counterfeit money even unknowingly is illegal.

For aliens, getting jailed even for a year can result in deportation - regardless of if it is a felony or misdemeanor. So how come Floyd should be given any consideration? These kallu citizen fukcers commit crime left and right because they cannot be deported.

He was arrested for trying to use counterfeit money to buy cigarettes with a clear intent to cheat the shop owner and his intent can be used to convict him of felony. Wearing a stupid "We Can't Breathe!" mask to add fuel to fire - how about "I tried to use Fake Money!"

LOL, isn’t the part of a cop’s job to hand the criminals to court? If he can’t handle one guy by himself he can use backup but can’t just show heroic acts.

He might have died due to health issues or drugs in his body. The cop will get what he deserves at the end. There is a due process for that.

And what ongoing looting and rampaging has to do with his death?

No he cannot and no one said it except you. The cop will be dealt by the law and there is a due process for that.

For the record, the guy was 6 foot 6 inches and a bouncer with heavy build and muscular and the cop was no match for him. Maybe the cop got intimidated by his size and build and used excessive force.

No one said what the cop did was right and there is a due process for that.

Which is why his bro said not to tear up the town. Everyone has a right to protest. There is a reason why America is a fully developed country while India is a shithole. In our country, there are no real consequences to human rights violations
