Buying house is always good for you and your family. you can consider decision making in two ways:

1) Emotionally - while children growing , you make memories in the house... those memories are precious than any thing in the world.. and consider your investment is for those memories.. you can buy a house.... and your spouse and children make them a home. once house bought, forget about its value.. ups and downs are inevitable and as long as you live in that house and make memories. nothing beats those memories.

Old house antunnav. some repairs can take away your sleep and your savings... so DO ALL REPAIRS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN.
