Its very close to DMart warehouse and 300 mts away from C Kalyan's huge plot on Patancheru main road. Right opposite supreme agro in patancheru..google cheyyi supreme agro patancheru

Achaa....I guess it's near ORR exit...or muthangi junction......if that is same location akkada konni issues unai bro...as I told ....clear title vi aa range lo levu mari....hope u have made right decision...

I bought LRC approved plot and also got the documents verified with a lawyer..LRC approved vatiki issues undacha? I can get them verified again with another lawyer if you have any feedback..

our family friend bought a plot in the same layout 5 years back and they recently purchased another one..so we bought along with them..its not a gated community but has a small society for owners

Anyways...best suggestion is check the docs again peacefully....look at ec...title deed....LRS emaina undhaa....and is it layout? Check all these stuff...

Yes is it already LRC approved and we verified the LRC. Yes its a layout but unlike gated community

Same range lo plots are available right next to ORR and beginning of shankarpally road at the muthangi junction...google GPR green lands for this area I am talking about..my family friends bought in March 2020 again for 14k/sq.yd

Its LRS bro, Layout Regularisation Scheme.

Btw, just applied for LRS or got approval also, approval copy will have set backs like 5 to 10 for road if the road is not at least 30 feet.  

You got just LRS applied receipts or approval copy with plan.

While coming from muthangi junction right side ayithey...it's ok...clear unai max plots...right side Anni pedha bits unai kadhaa...

Left side ayithey 10k per yard unai bro....but pedha biscuit.....aa lands.....nenu exact ga guess chesina....

Bhayya..these plots near GPR green lands ma family friends teskunnaru..these plots are on the right side while going from muthangi to shankarpally...vellu teskunna layouts lo kuda LRS unnayi but this specific plot owner teskoledu inka and our folks are applying for it currently..ee layout lo chalane 200sq.yd plots unnayi and some villas are coming soon adjacent to this layout

The one we took is right opp to supreme agro in google maps...

while coming from muthangi to Patancheru it will be on right side...

Similarly while going from Patancheru to Muthangi it will be on left side..

LRS approved and roads are 30 feet roads and lots of small piece lands (200-350sq.yds) in that layout
