హైదరాబాద్‌: రాష్ట్ర ఆవిర్భావ దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా జనసేన అధినేత పవన్‌ కల్యాణ్ తెలంగాణ ప్రజలకు శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు. ‘ఈరోజు చారిత్రాత్మకమైనది. కోట్లాది మంది కల సాకరమైన రోజు. దశాబ్దాల కోరిక నెరవేరిన రోజు. ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రంగా తెలంగాణ జన్మించిన రోజు. వేలాది మంది బలిదానాలు, కోట్లాది మంది త్యాగాల ఫలం మన తెలంగాణ. తెలంగాణ సాధనలో ప్రాణాలు అర్పించిన త్యాగధనులకు అంజలి ఘటిస్తున్నా. ఈ మహత్కార్యం సాకారం కావడానికి కృషి చేసిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ జేజేలు పలుకుతున్నాను’’ అని పవన్‌ తన ట్విటర్‌ ఖతాలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

TDP national president N. Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday extended greetings to the people of Telangana as they celebrate their State formation day.

Mr. Naidu took to Twitter and said: “Formation day greetings to the people of Telangana. Tributes to those who sacrificed lives for the State. Wish their aspirations for development and welfare of the State are fulfilled and the people of the State are benefited.”

Mr. Naidu’s tweet came as a surprise as there was no tweet about Andhra Pradesh, which became a residuary State on the same day.

During his tenure as the Chief Minister, Mr. Naidu had conducted ‘Nava Nirmana Deeksha’ across the State for one week from June 2 to 8.

Former Minister N. Lokesh, in his tweet, said, “Hearty wishes to all those celebrating the formation day of Telangana State.”
