don't hurry in buying under construction flats in hyderabad, (in fact in most of the big cities in India) at this moment bcoz of migrant workers issue

secondly recession entha vaarku vutundho evariki correct ga thelidhu eppudu so better to wait for sometime , u can buy plots but not under construction flats

To my guess...if .economy back to normal in coming 6 months....antey corona etc antha normal ayithey maathram....rates vaachipothai....

If it prolongs more than 6 months , then their might be reduction in rates...

Overall tagina costs and losses motham cover chesthaaru....if economy normal ayithey...
