There are so many good things and worst things, but that does not justify the approach.

Government allotted land, voluntary organisations and generous people donated money and the result is "Indo-American Cancer Research Center"

How and when did it turned to Bavasatarakam hospital ? Was this hospital built from own family money ? Was the land generously bought with the money collected or did the government allot the land ? What makes naming of this Hospital on the name of spouse of former CM ? Like any dignitary or official position in the government, contribution to sports, literature , cinema or human society ? Or at least any property owned by Basavatarakam has been donated for this cause ? Or at least any significant contribution from the family members who consider as heir? 

Hospital indeed does good things.

But that does not justify the naming of this hospital and the trust that looks after. Blatant abuse of power and money. If not for Arogyasree, this hospital would have shut the door long back. If not designated as panel hospital for various PSU's and other public organisations, this Hospital would have been bankrupt.
