Back in the days there used to be play grounds for hockey and football for most of the govt degree colleges and inter colleges but now  govt sold those lands and turned them in to shopping plazas ...even if  kids are interested to play football/hockey where is the infrastructure to support the sport

cities lo especially kids cant play anything anymore... like I said sports are not our priority for the working class. unna open grounds anni apartments aipoyay, public grounds anni peddhollaki walking parks aipoyay... kids cant play anywhere in India unless you are a rich kid that can go to a school with great playground facilities

most likely malayali boys... footy is big in kerala, goa, bengal and in mumbai to some extent... Other than these places it is almost non existent

Thanks to FC bengaluru, its picking up in Bangalore too.... atleast they are showing some passion and they have their own version of yellow wall called "west end blues".. But I wish they stop that stupid viking clap though, its not ours and better to be original
