Some times ...  If you immediately Ditch the IT job and do some carpenter Job or something for example ... USCIS has the authority to rescind your GC with in a period of 5 picking your case at random....

yes can change jobs but not the field of work... IT job tho GC vachii nenu gas station or store pettukuntaa ante USCIS will rescind your GC when they know...if citizen thats different..

yes GC process lo unnnappud naaak telsi no one will move to another employer... but they move and still in GC, USCIS may issue RFE or during the interview time they will ask where r u working now. just to make sure you are working in same field on which your I-140 approved
