you need to ask that question to yourself, how'd we know your situations or status (family/single, night owl, early bird, less sleep enough, more sleep required, food habits etc etc, to decide which shift suits you, which only you know unless you want to list them all out, which you have to if you wanna ask such questions with not adequate insights, hope you get it)
