Question enti antey nenu oka vela Comapny B full time teesukuntey na old I-140 tho H4 EAD extension apply cheyocha (6 months before antey march 2021 lo apply cheyaniki chance untundi)

 

Company B green card processing join ayyaka 1 year ki apply chesta annaru, mostly I-140 approve kaniki somewhere around 2022 end varaki ravochu annaru without RFE, so na old I-140 tho H4 EAD apply cheyocha (I-140 lo na old company A details untai kada if idi use cheycochu antey)

full time teesukovali ani undi kani EAD extension new company lo join avtey old I-140 tho apply cheyocha leda new company which is company B lo I-140 approve ayyakey cheyocha plz cheppandi

I think you apply for H4EAD with your old I140 and with Current H1B validity .... Experts please correct me if I am wrong ..

existing i140 tho you can apply in any company you go to... aa kotha company need not start ur GC process

Yes .. if ur i140 is 6 months old even if ur old employer revokes it and eventhough ur future employer does not initiate GC process u can apply .. no issues

Yes, you can 6 months before current h4EAD expiry. I did it with my old company i 140
