Many are asking what restrictions are going to be in upcoming executive order. Here are some ❤️ points from President Trump. 

      In the next president executive order on Legal Non Immigrants( H-1, L-1, H-4 & OPT) these are the probable changes implementing

1) 20K$ H-1B fee. Even applicable for extensions. Because, Some lawyers already sent emails to clients apply before EO or else get ready for paying hefty fees.

2) Travel ban applicable to all H-1B, L-1s and dependents too. For example if an H-1B leaves after travel ban, then that person has to wait till ban ends. When it ends? Till Jan-03-2020 or till congress acts. In court mostly Trump and Administration wins due to pandemic unemployment numbers. 

This ban is exempted for healthcare workers. Not only to COVID-19 workers mostly to all healthcare workers.

3)H-4 EAD cancellation. May be they can’t invalidate existing approved ones. But, no one knows their powers with COVID-19 pandemic unemployment numbers clause/reason.

4) OPT rolling back 3 years to 1 year. No more STEM OPT extensions for all OPTs. Some exclusions might be here. Means here some top 20-100 university alumni gets extension exception?

5) To apply for visa extension existing wage level should be increased. Like every work visa holder including L-1s should be wage level 3+.

6) Employees who been working in EVC-Employer Vendor Client model should have two LCAs-Labor Condition Applications. Means one should be applied by employer and other should be from client. Many clients not even willing to give client letters. How can they sign LCA and become liability for a contractor?

7) Clear definition of Skilled Worker definition and eligibility requirements of Skilled Worker.

😎 Limit H-1B validity for max 2 years instead of 3 years.

Give More information on this bro. What happened/when they gave contracts to cognizant/how many FT’s/tellolani lay-off ??

It was a slow process in our company... outsourcing announce cheyyagane tellollu Sumati lekka vere teams and jobs ki shift ayupoyaru... kalamati lanti timing vunna people CTS tho adjust ayupoyaru... mandamati lanti batch lay-off ayyaru... last batch lo chana thakkuva mandi and mostly desi contractors.. so no hadavudi nothing...

Eka CTS valla, evil vere teams/dept’s ki kuda spread avthadi. There should be some strict laws on this, where ever this WITCH batch enters they will corrupt the system.how you are bearing with them bro ??
