I studied in one of the poshest schools in chennai. 95% brahmin. Chennai will have max 10% population. lol.

Any institutions that are given benefit by a govt should implement, Muslim have no respect on constitution,do we have JAIN University,SIKH university,PARSI University, BUDDHIST university,etc

what are you blabbering? there's a seperate act in the constitution that allows of minority institutions to exist and fill their seats upto 80/90% (im not sure) from their minority group.

they used to give this minority tag at the state level to every linguistic inority. lot of colleges used it to bypass and sell seats.. I think it is now restricted to only religious minorities.

muslims respect the constitution more than Hindus do. 

hindus broke the babri masjid. Muslims went to court on it. clearly they are the ones following the rule of law.

minority tag comes from make up of the core founder gang, or a certain percentage of directors.

so if i want to set up a muslim minority university (which I'd be very glad to) I probably can't without help of muslim friends.

When contacted, he insisted on the same, asking, "AMU is not a minority university, so why can't reservation be given to SC/ST students? HRD ministry and the University Grants Commission are assisting such universities financially, including AMU, so how can the same rules not apply to it?"
