the more important point here is, how much funding AMU gets from UP state govt... and is it part of the fund to minority welfare from the state govt or is it separate..

because if it  is part of the minorty welfare fund, then the university deserves to allocate 100% to muslims. because it is operating out of minority fund.

it doesn't matter who funded it at the start. 

I have no idea what kind of arrangement AMU has with the govt. you tell me.
