The guy in the video is IPS Praveen Kumar and he has been given a free hand to spearhead this effort, what they are creating is an army of next generation warriors who can stand on their feet to face this world. Kudos to the whole team and also Telangana govt for spending approx Rs 1 lakh/year on every student in these schools
