I know ppl who were in US since Y2K problem, they even told me how they got into IT, during those days to they had to fa ke their resume to get hired, say for example you want folks in workday with an experience; how can someone have that experience when that application is a highly controlled one not easy to get their hands on to get at least practical experience or whatsoever. 

there are numerous examples even in this DB someone posted about sacking whole team in chase dallas for nepotism, you might know a guy in chase ohio who was VP sacked for financial irregularities, taking kick backs for employing ppl, also some non-profit donation scam, why Rajat Gupta was convicted, even kofi annan wrote letter to judge saying he should be pardoned lol. all these happens but that doesn't warrant hatred towards desis as a hole.  

its all debatable when comes to hiring locals vs ppl on immigrant visas. yeah certain unfortunate things happened such as socal edison, disney or abbot. if I was one of the employee asked to train my replacement yes that calls for an outrage but do you think the guy who replaced should be hated for being the part of the system unknowingly ?

Good point , agree, people who are working for those companies are not to be blamed but supporting that practices just because we are same race/from same region/ same country is not correct .  And saying one’s opinion is not wrong and mocking just because he is saying something that is not pleasing to You(in general context) is very rude and bad . Meaningful discussions should always be done in respectable manner.

This entire thing reeks of the conversation around Sushant Rajput's suicide. you-the one with the visa(star kids) vs the ones who want a resident visa (strugglers in bollywood).

inspite of my brief participation in this farcical conversation, my frank opinion remains that this is a conversatin between two privileged groups from India, trying to justify their own social status or justify their attempts to get into a better one.

for eg. in a fair world, the EU passport you worked so hard to achieve should be worth less than the toilet paper one uses, and borders everywhere should be removed and people allowed to live anywhere they wish to.
