when Physicians want to push for their GC coz they are serving underserved areas IT folks are abusing them and crying foul. 

its okay for physicians to ask for a priority in their applications but by doing that they aren't saying they should be treated first before anyone else though it might be implied, but IT folks are abusing physician groups who are trying to take care of themselves
