I don’t know why you saying this...

I interviewed plenty of locals...and placed them in project...both newyork and ohio locations....

 

to be frank ...to find a skilled local in Ohio ...it took lot of time...

Nobody is supporting that abusive system. Everyone wants to get out of it and they think GC is one of the ways to get out of it, if they think so let them be, if you say those ppl deserve hatred for being exploited I would say wrong. may be your hatred towards who knowingly abused the system okay agreeable, but most of them don't even know what they are getting into at first place when they first started to dream of life in america. 

I believed in American Dream-- but nowhere to see now.

Agree, in your case you are doing a good job but don’t know if you seen or heard numerous cases of desi HM’s are unethically hiring Candidates from certain vendors in favor of other so they can get commission from the candidate pay/rate. I have witnessed this first hand and saw that HM (Gujju)got 🔥 after being with company for almost 20 years. It’s one of the top Pharma company , even in my current company there is an investigation going on in certain depts regarding why there is no employee diversity and few complaints from candidates regarding hiring process (I know this because I work in HR cost center) . You can find Numerous complaints/news articles about unethical hiring practices in so called Indian tech companies doing business in US.
