Start date end date overlap

Can a start date with new employer be before the end date of old employer. I see a overlap of 2 weeks between old and new employer.

will there be an issue in future.

 

new employer is not extending the start date and did not gave sufficient notice period for old employer.

 

what are my options ? Please suggest.

No problem bro, my dates overlapped for 3 months in 2011 no issues

3 months aaa...did you applied for gc and went fot stamping after that. Obviously you might got renewals any ways.
