An important point here is that in glamour industry success rate is very low, and it takes lot of time to be successful.

Same with cricketers. Oka 10 years lo max 100 players adataremo country ki.. andulo those who make a mark will be hardly 20. IPL has changed this to though..

what people dont realise it film industry is a business... when there is so much money, fame and puussy involved why would anyone want outsiders shine over their own kids?  its like a family business for people like nag, bala, venky or chiru... They will try as much as possible to push their sperms onto the fans... fans picha pookollu kabatti it will go on forever...

Nag even said this in an interview.. kalama talli ledu bongu ledu.. this is family business ani.. :D

I get your comparison but dont bring sports into this pool of aids.... sports lo nepotism never worked and never will because it all depends on one individual's talent, hard work, sweat and luck... you cant shine with a great core team around you. You shine or die by your own doings...

I don't think so,

bollywood also divided I feel

I don't know why outsiders who made it big also try to be in the closed circles,

for this reason I like anurag kashyap, since he started producing he chose I don't care how someone dictates how movies should be made or who should be made, he chose online platforms for his content.

Anurag kashyap survives on his movie making skills..

but adi movies kuda theaters lo adanivvaru...still he makes niche movies in low budget..which works out well for him..

Agree... Rohan gavaskar is best example. I was just speaking about lower success rate which can be attributed to overall lower opportunities of these fields compared to a scientist, engineer, small scale businessman etc.

success rate is always low once you go really high up the ladder... I mean if that is so easy then everyone would be making 10s of crores in the world... be it a superstar in films or sports or business...

obiosuly you dont make 10s of crores as an engineer or a bang average scientist
