 4 pounds is not bad 

 

1. Hormones check up cheyichkondi, to eliminate underlying causes 

2. Do more strength training. Consistency is the key

3. Reduce carb intake as much as possible. Protein up

4 . Try intermittent fasting, most effective way for weight loss

4 lbs taggadam is really good. 1 lb/ week which is equivalent to 3500 Calories deficit per week. Keep going !

eppudu strength training ela chestham bhayya Gyms levu ga, I am doing consistent workouts (home and cardio)

reduced carbs and sugar intake. Increased protien and fat

intermittent fasting 14-10 chesthunna, will see if I can up it

Hopefully it comes off completely. Looking for a long term plan to lose it and keep it off

reduced carbs ante dinner ki carbs thinadam ledu, lunch ki rice ee thintunna. Sugar intake ante only black coffee and only 10 grams of sugar per week nad that too only on weekends.
