I used to think the same for a long time bro, genes ani, maa family andaru fat so naa gathi kuda inthe ani ankuntunde...there is no bigger magic than calories in and calories out...most of the time we over estimate our calories ante asalki 2500 tintu we just assume it as 17-1800 calories as we don't really count every little thing esp mana indian food lo and same with exercise we over estimate there too 100 cals burn chesi 300-400 ani anukuntaamu... our smart watches are not that reliable sometimes...no matter who you are and what medical condition you have, you will lose weight if your intake is lesser than calories burned.

Good bro. I started taking brown rice and quinoa combo and instead of sugar in tea taking sugar alcohol (erythrol) . Trying to hit 10k steps each day.

Brown rice and white rice no difference, not much atleast. Same with Quinoa, switch to Shirataki rice instead and use Monk fruit extract instead of erytriol

Calories ,carbs difference lekapoina...brown rice has fibre. Which is also important. Quinoa also has lots of fibre , brilliant source in fact for fiber. Fibers help you cancel out carbohydrates.

Erythritol is fine . It’s zero calories one and even stevia is good
