Here law and judge believes whatever police says man.. A big flaw is that alone.. 

Importance of citizens concerns is zero here, unless police are not involved like lawsuit cases.

DUI is not a small mistake - you are endangering innocent people’s lives because you could not wait for a few minutes until you got home to drink (because you are a hopeless addict) and needed to drink before driving.

Ideally, there should be DEATH penalty for DUI !!

If you think Indian systems are better, you should have stayed in India. Simple.

if you are in the US, you agree to abide by their Laws - you are not an exception. Period.

coming to another country as an immigrant worker and criticizing their systems because you were raised in a POS country with POS systems is downright deplorable and disgusting. That’s like living and working in the US, sending money to India for investments and chanting PICHAKUNTLA “Mera Bharat Mahaan!!” Slogans. That makes YOU even a worse POS than India!!

Just because you abide it doesn't mean that you cannot criticize or comment abt it.. we comment abt Indian politicians too by paying taxes to US govt..

I am paying taxes here, so i have a right to criticize if something is wrong rather than taking sht on face and btw who said commenting on something is wrong, is it in some law?

And i dont believe just because i am here, US is doing everything for me.. i am trading my talent and US is paying me simple. If US has no need of getting their colleges funded they simply wont give visa to me.. 

So both of us are selfish and i dont believe they are doing any kind of favor here to keep my mouth shut.
