I think it's the other way round, India is trying to conquer the lost land of 1962 ... Ladakh was gradually pumped up to make it into an urban hub like other Indian states.  Now China will find it difficult to navigate through Kashmir

wowww... when is India freeing Tibet then? :)

They ll have their answers to your questions. Like I said it would be hard to prove. But, right now they made a HUGE mistake by attacking us. This is our chance.

I dont have an answer to this. How hard is it bring negotiations to the table?

And you believe them? they already have their numbers for corona. You believe them?

Not hard to bring negotiations to table. Difficult to make the Chinese stick to the conclusions. They didn't follow the June 6th agreement. What do you suggest should be done?

You do know the real world will be very happy to escalate these tensions between two fast growing nations right?

My comment was specific to your "Easier to impose sanctions". But below is the answer about how real world works.

Let us not get ahead of ourselves here. Other countries will not wade into this unless they have some incentive.

I also do know that no one is going to impose sanctions on China because (1)its a huge market for them (2)the supply chain is heavily based in China. Which means that without some sort of aggressiveness from our side, China would think less to make another step trying to encroach our land.

There are no friends here. You have to fight your own battle.

Agree, but without losing lives.

China is losing more friends faster. I am not  sure what good it  will do to them if they encroach our land

Fictitious then.

Are they saying that we are the ones conquering and killing?

Fictitious it is.

Bad editing maybe.. knowing their animosity with PRC, I do not think Taiwan would wrongly blame India.

The unfortunate reality is that it costs lives. Can't be done. In the history of the world, never was a problem solved without costing lives. Right from Ramayana...

It wont be hard to get back friends. You think we can trust US? If China supports Trump for upcoming elections.. all the Modi-Trump hugs will go to trash. 'Friends' is a myth in geopolitical scenaria. Its just opportunities. Even China didn't help its all weather friend Pak in Kargil...

China's policy/mindset is expansionist. They don't calculate good or bad.

Of course I dont, but whims are not a strong enough reason to prove fallacy.

It could start with resetting all its policies with respect to China. Boycotting whatever boosts their economy from India, send a message in less harmful way(less harmful to india)

Expansionism. Geopolitics do not operate on individual's good and bad moral compass. It never did and it never will.

UN is practically irrelevant right now. We could start by foccusing on the trade aspects:

Stopping imports

Cutting down the supply chain

WTO lo Most favoured nation treatment ni suspend cheyadam
