Stay away from negative people that could be anyone even family. They bring down you to their level. Negative people bring negative wibes that will effect your soul which is otherwise very efficient. Politely avoid them otherwise they will take over your peace and fill your brain with Anxiety, frustration, unworthiness etc. Everyday meditation is really good and even it helps you becoming productive in your work. Watch, hear and listen good things and dont follow lots of negative news. These news will have effect on your sub consious brain. As much as possible avoid Social apps.

I am currently going through some personal rough situations with my close family members. I am really happy to see this post and you mentioned family as well to avoid if there is negativity. You said some really good words and I seriously wish I fly away somewhere where I can find peace and happiness. Thank u @Daaarling  I will start doing meditation to help myself
