According to these articles, even if H1 is included in the ban, already issued visas ki effect undakapovachu....so if someone has stamping already, they can fly. inka India lo stamping kosam wait chesevallu, once consulates are opened, they should be fine anukunta. But lets see...mostly ee roju EO ravochu antunnaru kada CNBC vallu.
