In day to day life if some one has an eye on your property or gal you can file a case and proceed legally. 

If a country war initiates you have no other option other than to fight. Whom will you complain and which country even cares

The biggest problem is we dont accept our army is weak or we dont have the money. and so we bring this emotional things like my country my lavada etc. We tell if some country comes on us we will open our WIDE chests or our gods will take care of it and the other country will run away. what s**t is that.
