My grand father came to the US in the 60's, he sponsored more than half of my family, to come here and study. But he is in medicine, so is most of my family, so not sure about IT. He keeps saying that back then, there wasn't as much diversity.

50/hr

Wow what a drastic change. Is there any reason for it ?? Too many people available with that skill set or it’s an outdated technology, which is no longer needed ??
