Even if a Desi is Talented ( Who falls in the 10% remaining, from what you said in your statement), who follows all the things Americans do like you said, remaining Desi's cannot withstand and make him to be part of the 90% or get him tortured in ways only Desi's know

Best thing to do in those cases is to show middle finger to those torturing fellow desis and Try to  mingle/integrate with The local. Atleast they will be exposed to new lifestyle and happiness.
