Maternity leave undadu kada. Beyond 4 months, once the sleep cycle is adjusted, it’s better to have a nanny or grand parents.

@JANASENA

We are in a similar boat. Both working. Kid is 2+

Daycare opening from July 6th but I have decided not to send.

We started a sitter at home for 5 hours from 8:30 to 1:30 PM

Just started and son has not gotten used. But looks like it is a good solution.
Slightly expensive but both working ki inka maaku vere tochaledu.

Avutaru but It is very very tough to take care of kids especially mom if there is no help from in-laws. Trust me, I thought the same until I travelled in that boat.

Your wife also works? If so, it is better to send to day care but you have to be extra careful now.

Single income / My wife is not working. Still I want to send my kid to the daycare, by this you can understand how tough its being here to manage while WFH.

MS pillalu evarayina unte in-house nanny option better bhayya. Being cautious is better especially with kids.

We're not sending our kid this year. I know kids will interact and socialize in daycare. But times are different now. It's better to be safe than sorry.
