I understand your point bro.. but why not for public servants? The contributions of the good public servants are actually benefiting the country and future generations. ee music instruments vayinchetollu, singers... vellakante ekkuva contribute chesaru ga the people you mentioned. 

Regarding Bharat Ratna, if ABVP deserves, then PVNR also deserves. If Pranab da deserves, then hell yeah, PVNR, RN Kao deserve. 

But these awards are losing value... BJP govt. is doing a good thing by recognizing not famous people for Padma awards. But some choices like KJo are terrible.

Ee awards ki value eppudo gudisipoindhi ....my point was regardingy choice for these awards...public servants basic responsibility is to be honest and work with integrity...vallu irresponsible ga thayaraindru kabatti valla lo basic minimum pani chesetollu kuda devulla lekka kanipisthunnaru...rn Kao ki isthey Aina pani chesina vishayam kuda oppukunnattaitgadhi govt....raw is an agency shrouded with utmost secrecy...asalu adhi parliament lo elanti act tho form chezindro kuda thelvadhu...it's budgetary allocations it's functions, achievents are all kept a secret...International ga problems osthayi andhukey...
