As far as I know, Any spillover will be applied as per the above ratio.. also, pratutam USCIS work force is gonna cut down. We have to see if they have enough resources to apply this spillover..

FB spill over moves to next year .>So we have one more year to apply thosee.. ee year vi waste avuthai for sure..
