Yes , multinationals ki problem ledu, but if company majorly has operations in North America, how can they pay taxes without tax Id for the employee in India.

As per many sources only tax problem and visa ki no problem if client is good. They should talk to their legal team in office and need to get solution about taxes in India and USA lekunte big mess up.
