Fed up with ever changing technology

Everything is in a state of constant flux and the only thing that's permanent is change.

Studying 5 hours everyday for the past week, and plan to continue doing that for 3 months. That should be helpful

learn your CS fundamentals, then you don't have to worry about "changing technology". Learning something in udemy or udacity doesn't make them an expert.

By the time we finish learning some technology to keep existing job or progress in career new technology comes into market. Days to come are scary there is not much difference between an experienced and a junior everything is accessible through Udemy and other sources to master any technology.

tell me one field where you need not keep learning and still achieve success

Hardwork and success go hand in hand.

If a junior is able to replace you there is something to be looked into you and your capabilities

You do the same work for 10 years doesnt meant 10 years experienced Its 10 only on paper. relatively is 2-3 only

Honestly people who doesn’t have competing skills complaint line this... not to offend anyone but I have seen many old people in my IT exp who have very strong coding/networking/scripting skills and any day they will compete and challenge newcomers and new tech...

I wish to be like that instead of complaining on changing tech..

Don’t stick to technology or tool man. Try to grow in the same domain. SWE, Sr SWE, staff engineer and principal engineer. Stick to CS fundamentals and join a good product based company life will be set atleast you hit 45 years age. Once you build good capital when you are in mid 40s you can purse other things in life.
