GC spillover is not happening guys

 to pop the bubble but irrespective of the available numbers USCIS will not be processing as many applications as before - 70% of the staff will be furloughed starting august. ee year GC numbers will go unused and will be wasted. most likely applications kuda chala time tesukuntaru.

I know they survive on just the fee...but from the looks of it H1b , OPT and EB GC with AOS is a drop in the bucket...

13k employees will be furloughed in election year?? I don’t think soo . Federal govt will release the amount before Aug. remember not only this yadava GC/H1, there are some emergency visa’s/stampings  that USCIS process that cannot be stopped. So I don’t think everything will be shutdown or 13k employees furloughed in Aug.
