The 'China Association for Internationally Friendly Contact' organisation has been one of the donors in the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. It has been found that the organisation is a part of larger propaganda machinery that creates exchange programmes to spread Chinese goodwill. Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies is linked to this ‘suspicious’ China entity as the entity is under scanner of US FBI. Source: Economictimes
