A new iOS 14 beta feature reveals popular video-sharing app TikTok accesses clipboard on iPhones in the background. Apple’s iOS 14 update is set to bring a slew of new privacy features which include revealing which app is accessing what in the background. It also includes a pop-up when a third-party app accesses the clipboard, which essentially is a temporary store for copied text and other content. The clipboard feature is available on a variety of smartphones including the iPhone. There were many security related studies that alerted apple about this. But they din seem to care yet. Honestly clipboard content access per se is not issue, as it is used for some smooth user experience. It becomes an issue when the data is being sent back and tracked...that's when you should really worry about security. You pose as a legitimate person and u send phishing mails to users , collect sensitive information. Clip board data ante, nuv copy chesi petkuna images , text etc ....ivi asal em cheskuntaro doubt a....someone said they use it for location tracking and all.
