Dell brand, I have a bad experience two months back when i brought a premium laptop ($1500). The webcam was blurry, faulty. I called helpdesk, after spending many hours/days of troubleshooting sessions the problem did not resolve. They gave me replacement. After I got this new one, the webcam is good but its overheating with loud fan noise.

Meanwhile I was getting reminders/calls/emails from Dell to return the original laptop - which I already sent. I had to explain almost 8 people in different calls/emails that I already returned it. It did not stop until last week ...

So, this loud noise/over heating problem still a problem. They were saying my initial purchase 1 month over - so no refund.

I spent almost a week in troubleshooting, installing, re-installing - but problem still existed. They said its not laptop problem or software problem. there is slight improvement in heat though - but still its overheating after 3 hours of use.

DO NOT BUY DELL -- crappy. I always buy Lenovo - never had problem.
