Exercise Equipment for Apt

hi Friends, 

Gaining weight, Gyms close and not going out due to Covid,  koncham Apt lo ki moving ki easy ga undhe Equipment suggest cheyyandhi. 

Threadmill can't use it as we are in first floor, kinda vallu complain chestharrru for sure. Fitness videos choosthunna youtube lo kani emi work out avvatam ledu. inka Diet control cheyyali 

Eliptical or bike annukuntuna, if any one using them suggest some good one.

Bro just buy one bike.150$ lo and go for trail min 1 hr 

Go and jog morning/evng min 2 to 4 miles every day 

Buy simple dumbles ..do 3 sets 

warmup exercises...every day 

control beers and carbs 

this should keep you undercontrol  And fit

In India or US? Go for running.. avoid crowded parks though..
