punishment and ESMA acts will not help solve the problem..a solid post recovery plan is needed. Testing the least and last when we don;t have any such plan.

plan is to bring awareness to ppl that it exists, and its existence is big in the state .. so dont go out , and let the essential workers go out to provide the required .. alaa kakunda plan ledu .. test cheyamu anatam enti .. plan doesnt have to be medicine to cure .. plan can also be to CONTAIN, again i repeat CONTAIN the spread at watever % they can ..

look at the supply others states are able to acquire vs TG .. also look at the facilities that other states are able to setup vs TG .. that answers ur question

the whole point here is, with TG being cash rich state, they could have done much more .. but the current state in which TG is right now is, it is still lagging with other states by some margin .. mostly due to negligence of govt

Yes, that has to be the approach. we need a plan..a solid plan to be put in force.

We have to contain the virus from spreading and testing is one of the known method, I repeat, one of the known method.

Test cheyadam entha important oh..test chesinaka quarantine plan or containment plan is so very important..lekapothey test chesi dandaga...least effective.

Protecting from corona virus has to be a mass movement, not a mere 'test and more test's strategy..

Exactly. It helps to identify and mainly with that data, you have to analyze where it is spreading more, what are the risk areas, how fast it is spreading, how many beds do we need in 30 days, 60 days etc..

+1

Being cash rich or poor won;t help in this situation.

Dude, the facilities you are talking about..is not uniform. Some states have acted fast and TG was one state which has acted very fast initially...from procurement to containment it was good..some strategies failed and some successful.

I'm least interested in political debate in this regard. TRS/KCR does not matter to me.
