By this year end, there will be some correction in farmland prices and future investment lands outside the city as the money dries up. These lands are primarily bought for speculative investment and as there will be few investors the prices will drop because of no demand.

Coming to apartments, lands and villas within Hyderabad, I don't expect much of a drop, for every 1 family not buying because of Covid there are 2 to 3 families  trying to buy a home or apartment. Home is more of a necessity than investment for most of the families in India and they will spend their last penny to buy a home if they can.

1.5 to 1.1 ->  30% drop ayithe ledhu bro, I'm damnn sure. Any builder will wait for 1 or 2 months, vegetables kaadu kada ammeyali ledhante rotten ayithayi anukovadaniki. Usually construction jarguthunnappudu 70% of the ongoing construction cost is contributed by down payments, first, second installments by the flat buyers, 30% by funding, ippudu construction work kuda start ayindhi so no worries, flat buyers will have to pay the subsequent installments as agreed earlier and for flats where the construction is about to finish and ready for occupation, for such flats flat buyers will go for registration no other way for them, and i don't think the flat buying customer batch lost jobs or impacted by this plandemic.

Coming to the new ventures where they have not even started construction, no builder is ready to start fresh construction and ready to sell or plan to take bookings for 30% lower price than pre-lockdown.. Everyone know this plandemic ends in 2 or 3 months. In case if this plandemic turns out to be deadly eventually, then everyone dies and they also(mean builders), in that case what is the point of selling for lower price now.

bro they need cash flow and also demand and supply matters. Vegetables kadu gani nuvu 2 or 3rs interest ki techinappudu it makes sense. 2 years nuvu 1.2cr meda interest alochinchu. Builders generally makes good money if they are sold at the earliest as most of the people get money for interest in these situations.

Neku teluso ledo, some people sell the apartments for 65% rate before start of the project. Maa friend okadu 80L apartment 50L ki konnadu before start of the project. Just think the interest for 50L for 3 years with 2rs interest. 2 years ayindi koni construction inka 1 year ala paduthundi. Again naku telisina incident edi, 1.5 di 1.4 ki adigithe evaledu but couple of months taruvatha 1.3 ki istha anndu. The buyer got scared anthe. Try to negotiate ani cheppa anthe. Remember the land owner gets 40 to 50% of the constructed apartments. Builder ki 50 to 60% apartments vasthai
