Not sure if this helps brother .. read an interesting article this weekend.

most of the IT companies were planning to extend work from home law from govt citing covid and get insurance etc. also, seeing most of the IT tenants not extending , some cases cancelling leases ... which mean they are going to let employees work from own places and benefit companies get is salary cut and save on infra... many companies are seriously thinking .. its wise to invest in home towns than hyd if this theory goes correct .. just two cents and always things could change

tcs planning to let 75% of workforce to work remote by 2025. Wait and watch policy is better ani na feeling

People who are willing to buy agricultural lands, more than 20 lakhs petti dandaga. 

Inkastha further vellandi..Kothur,Kadthal la bongu boshanam, maadi kaya thotalu and real estate thapa emi ledu...akariki donga road mida kuda 40-50lakhs ki takuva chepthaleru..

If anyone seriously planning to buy, look at 100kms...road network bagundi and 100 KM's is no big deal and you can get a deal for 10 lakh an acre..manchi red alluvial soil miku 10 lakhs ki dorkutadi..

Even if companies give few days work from home in future , there is no reason to stay in premium expensive areas like hi-tech city surroundings. Some will prefer going to less expensive other areas.

Why to stay in hyd ... you can travel from karimnagar and Warangal if it’s not daily routine and once wfh works, it could be permanent other than essential (admin, business functions) jobs

Everywhere this hype so called organic farming , farm house concept going on in Indian folks ... prices are up drastically everywhere ... no Good returns on agri for investment except land prices may go up

Jedcherla/Balanagar daatinaka...towards krishna river...either sides oka 5kms lopalki vellandi..you can find a deal for 10 lakhs an acre...

kalwakurthy daati achampet,amrabad,kalwakurthy-devarkonda road, kolhapur, kalwakurthy-midjil-jedcherla road...kothakota-atmakur-devsagar road..

gadwal-wanaparthy area...

water availability ipudu bagundi..and kastha road nundi interior k ivelthe ipatiki 10 lakhs lopale dorkutayi...
