Firstly, 2000 CR INR spent on ventilators is not equal to $1 billion.

It is a standard norm to appoint an audit firm. If we have already made up our mind and decided to speak in political language no proof is satisfactory.

So now the point is about my personal capacity on the subject?

On RTI: Please refer to SCs observations on impractical demands under RTI act. 

PM CARES fund monies vanished is a statement made by you. I simply pointed that it is not the case. More suspicions followed hence my statement.
