I 'm not sure but heard people saying benefits for arthritis, ptsd, energy balance.

Very beneficial, found a lot of relief for my calf pain.

But to learn it would take you I think 2 years or so and you have to go to college for that.

Homeopathy is definite quackery, acupuncture not so much.
